Starting the Commission Process

So you got an idea for a piece of art and you’ve decided to commission me! There are TWO ways that you can start this process.either:1. Send me a DM or message at any of the links listed on the homepage: telegram, discord, twitter, bluesky, etc.
(though telegram would be the best way to message me)
OR2. Fill out a google form (link is also on my website) and then I’ll message you about details and pricing(If possible when messaging, send visual references of characters, clothing, and other things you would want added to the commission. If there are no visual references (ie. no reference for your sona) I’m willing to work off of description)

Payment

After we’re both clear on what you’d like for me to draw, I’ll give you my price for the commission. The prices listed on this site are a loose guideline, price can vary based on complexity. When we’re both cool with the price, I’ll need an email to send you an invoice where you will pay for your commission. And we can proceed in one of two ways. You can either:
Pay for your commission in full before I start working on it
Orrrrrrrrr~Pay in increments for each stage of the process.(Please tell me which you would prefer beforehand so I can invoice accordingly)

Process

Please be patient!I’ll try my best to get to your commission as soon as possible but I likely have a queue and it can take a while to start on your commission. If you wanna see where you are on the Queue, check out my Trello (Link is on the homepage)While working on your commission I’ll send several updates on the progress to check with you about things you might want added or changed. Be aware that each commission can take between a week and a couple months to complete.Changes are common and pretty much an inevitable part of the process. Any changes during the sketch phase will be free of charge unless they alter the type of commission (like changing from a headshot to a full-body) or if an unreasonable amount of iterations are constantly requested. After the sketch is finalized, three minor changes are allowed for free. Any other changes will be priced based on where in the process it is added and how big the change is.In addition, any changes that need to be made due to me overlooking details on a character will all be free. Do not be afraid to remind me about important details regarding your character or sona!In the unlikely situation that I cannot or will not complete your commission, I will give 75% refund and cease doing said commission.

Done!

Once I complete your commission, I’ll send you a full PNG version for your own personal use as well as a glazed/nightshaded JPEG version with a watermark for posting online!
(Glaze and nightshade are used as a line of defense to protect artists from their art being used to train AI models)
You are now free to use your commission for anything you’d like as long as it is for personal use and not for use in any commercial context.
If you’re not sure what you can or cannot do with your commission, here's a little list of what is and isn't allowed

What you can do with your comm:What you can’t do with your comm:
Post it on social media with credit,Sell it as an NFT
Use it as a phone/computer background or lockscreenUse it as training data for AI models
use it as a website bannerPost it uncredited or miscredited

If you have any questions about how you’re allowed to use a commission, do not be afraid to ask me directly.
I will most likely post your commission on various social media platforms and may use it in portfolios or promotional material. If you don’t want me to post your commission publicly, please tell me either during the commission process or as soon as I finish.
